Questions

Who counts as a founding member?

The first 100 people who reserve Pro before the private beta opens. They pay $9.50 a month for the first year, then the regular $19 a month. You won't be charged until the beta opens, and you can change your mind.

How is this different from Copilot in Power BI?

Copilot needs a Fabric capacity and focuses on reports. Daxlane focuses only on DAX: it checks each measure against your model, explains the logic, rewrites slow measures and converts Qlik expressions. It doesn't require a Fabric capacity.

Does my data leave my machine?

Daxlane works from your model's schema: table names, columns, relationships and existing measure definitions. It does not need your data rows.

When does the beta open?

We're inviting people from the waitlist in small groups. Founding members and people who book a short call get in first.

Will it work with Analysis Services or Fabric?

Anything that uses DAX on a tabular model is in scope: Power BI Desktop, Fabric semantic models and Analysis Services Tabular.
